The Technical Support Tem Lead is a key role in the Technical Support department. His/her role in the company is to ensure that the daily operation of Technical Support runs smoothly. To that end, he /she must enforce best practices across Tier 2 and Tier 1 teams to guarantee excellence in the service given to customers worldwide. The principal Dutties of the TS Coordinator are: - Define an SLA and enforce it through the different stages of Technical Support. - Coordinate the T2 and T1 workforce as needed and work with the Development and R+D Managers to ensure that any problems affecting a Key Account are dealt with as promptly as possible. - Develop TS department projects with the team. Requisitos Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo Superior Experiencia mínima: De 3 a 5 años Requisitos mínimos: - Academical level: technical engineering or equivalent - English and Spanish are required - 5 years of relevant working experience, with 1 year (minimum) handling tech support duties at software companies or at internal departments of big companies. - Experience with troubleshooting Internet/networking problems including common protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, FTP, SMTP. DNS, DHCP, etc) - Experience as a Team Leader.
